How to get the size of the blinds for the window?

For the blinds to be made to the window, you need to take measurements from the outside of the window. The measurement is taken by measuring between the two walls from the outside. as seen in the picture to the right. If your blind will be built adjacent to the window, the size you have taken is the net size. If the louver is to be made towards the top of the wall, you should add the box + strut allowance to the dimensions. For example, in motorized blinds, the box share changes according to the height to be made (15 cm, 18 cm) and the net height is obtained by adding shares. We add 14 cm for the side seam allowances. Each upright is 7 cm.

For example : Let the width of your window be 120 cm  length 150 cm. If it is to be built adjacent to the window, the width is 119 cm by deducting 1 cm from the width. There is no need to deduct a share from the height measurement.

If wall mounting will be made on the outside of the window. By adding 15 cm to the height and 14 cm to the width of the box share, our blinds measure is 134 cm in width and 165 cm in net dimensions.

How to Get Shutter Size for Door?

It is not taken as different from the door window size. By checking the suitability of the area, it is enough to determine whether it will be attached to the inner part or to the outer wall. The dimensioning logic is the same as the window system.
